If this is your first visit or a new problem, book an Injury Assessment. Follow-up and rehabilitation sessions are used once a diagnosis and plan have been established.

Your first session is an Injury Assessment. This includes a discussion of your symptoms and training history, followed by a physical examination and movement assessment. You will leave with a clear explanation of the problem and a plan for recovery.

No. Although treatment is sports-focused, I work with anyone who is active or wants to return to activity, including gym members, runners and recreational exercisers.

As early as possible. Early assessment helps guide appropriate loading, reduces unnecessary rest, and can shorten recovery time. Acute injury management can be provided e.g. cold compression, taping, early management advice.

Muscle strains, ligament sprains, tendon pain, joint irritation, overload injuries, training-related pain and return-to-sport rehabilitation.

Yes. Soft tissue and mobility sessions are commonly used for performance maintenance, recovery, and managing training load.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the injured area. For lower limb injuries, shorts are recommended. For upper body or shoulder issues, a vest or loose t-shirt is helpful.
